Charcoal ribs: These are our family favorite! Prepare charcoal then rub ribs with spices that you like such as garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Put ribs on grill up high for about an hour slow cooking. After ribs are completely cooked base ribs preferably with Maple Bourbon, Peach Habanero, or Apple plum, these three are great on ribs.
Oven Bake Ribs: Prepare save as above but wrap ribs in aluminum foil in pan and bake with sauce on it for about an hour at 325 degrees.
Gas grilling: Put your rub on then flash grill your ribs on lower level of grill, turn grill down remove ribs add sauce and wrap in tinfoil lower heat and finish cooking with sauce. Should take about 45 minutes.
Always try to cook ribs on high to flash cook them which seals in the juices, always add sauce when cooking on low or sauce will burn off.
